Children's Advocacy Center. Williamson County Children’s Advocacy Center (WCCAC) is a non-profit organization that provides assistance to abused children, non-offending family members, and treatment options related to child abuse cases. The facility is 7,500 sq. ft. located off Georgetown Loop in Georgetown, Texas. As part of this project, Boyer & Associates offered up Civil Engineering Services for the off-site wastewater improvements required to serve the tract.
